  • Initial Naturopathic Consultation $175.00

    Your initial consultation is a dedicated space for in-depth, personalised care. We'll explore your current symptoms, delve into your health history, assess each body system, and have an open conversation about your diet, lifestyle, and health goals. After the session, you’ll receive a detailed, customised treatment plan, which may include recommendations for further testing (such as pathology or functional assessments), along with a personalised prescription that could include herbal remedies, nutritional supplementation, and tailored diet and lifestyle strategies.

  • Follow-Up Consultation $110.00

    In follow-up consultations, we’ll go over any test results and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Ongoing appointments every 4–6 weeks are recommended to ensure you feel supported through each phase of your healing journey. When working toward long-term health goals, it’s important to remember that addressing the underlying causes often takes time, typically a few months of consistent care.

  • Acute Care Consultation $50.00

    This consultation is intended for existing clients seeking timely support for acute health concerns—such as urinary tract infections, viral illnesses, situational stress, sleep disturbances, or other issues that require prompt attention. It provides a focused space to address immediate needs and keep your care on track.

  • As of April 2025, naturopathy has officially been reinstated on private health insurance extras! While rebates aren't available just yet, this is a really exciting shift for our profession. I’ll keep you updated over the coming months as more health funds roll out their policies

Some people notice shifts quickly, while others with more complex or long-standing issues might need more time and support. I’ll always be honest with you about what to expect and check in regularly to adjust your care plan.

  • Yes! I love supporting women and their families through all stages of life—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. I also see children for a range of health concerns, and treatments are always gentle, age-appropriate, and tailored to your child’s unique needs.

  • Yes, I offer in-person consultations one Wednesday each month at Luna Apothecary and Beauty in Darlinghurst. All other consultations are conducted online, either via phone or telehealth—whatever suits you best.
